Youth Transition Network is a coalition of our nation's largest denominations, youth, college and military career ministries working together to prepare, motivate and connect students to their next spiritual home, prior to high school graduation. YTN's purpose statement is:
To help young people make spiritually healthy decisions and connections as they transition from high school, so that they continue as a vital part of the Body of Christ.
