FACTS Management Company and its subsidiaries provide a payment program for schools across the country. Because FACTS is not a loan program, there is no debt incurred and no credit search. There are no interest or finance charges assessed by FACTS on the unpaid balance. New England Christian has contracted with FACTS Management Company to provide various payment options for you.
ENROLLMENT FEE: The nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee to budget payment(s) through FACTS is:
The nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee will be automatically processed within 14 days of the agreement being completed by the institution and posted to the FACTS system. If you are enrolling in the FACTS Peace of Mind (POM) Benefit, the $12.00 nonrefundable POM Fee will be automatically added to your FACTS Enrollment Fee. The nonrefundable FACTS Enrollment Fee is based upon the number of payments selected for each FACTS contract period. If the entire balance due is not paid within the contract period or twelve (12) months, whichever period is shorter, an agreement is in renewal. On the renewal date of such an agreement, FACTS may assess a new FACTS Enrollment Fee. If any enrollment fees are returned, they will be reattempted. Fees are subject to change in future years.

Commonly Asked Questions About FACTS
- What is the FACTS Management Program?
FACTS Management Company and its subsidiaries provide a payment program used by schools across the country. We have been in the tuition management business for over 15 years. For more information about FACTS you may review our Web site at www.factsmgt.com.
- If payments are made automatically from my bank account or processed to my credit card, does that mean FACTS/American Card Services (ACS) or the school on this contract has direct access to my account?
No. This is a common misconception about automatic payments. No one other than your own financial institution and you ever has access to your account. When you arrange to have an automatic payment through FACTS/American Card Services (ACS), you have authorized a specific payment amount to be paid on a specific date by your bank or to be processed to your credit card.
- When will payments begin?
Once completed, your payment arrangements will be processed into the FACTS system and will be confirmed by e-mail, letter, or through your school. The FACTS Confirmation Letter confirms the day and month payment begins. The payment options available on e-Cashier are determined by your school.
- What happens if the payment date is on a weekend or holiday?
If the payment date falls on a weekend or banking holiday observed by the Federal Reserve, the payment will be attempted on the next business day.
- What if I miss a payment?
If your bank returns a payment (for insufficient funds, for example), you will receive an e-mail or letter from FACTS with instructions on how the returned payment will be handled. A $25.00 FACTS Returned Payment Fee will be assessed for each payment attempt that is returned. Your financial institution may also assess a fee. If returned payment fees are missed, they will be reattempted. FACTS Returned Payment Fees are subject to change in future academic years. Please review the terms and conditions for further information.
- Can I make changes to my budget plan?
Yes. Please contact New England Christian regarding changes to your FACTS agreement.
- Is there a protection plan?
Yes, the FACTS Peace of Mind Benefit will pay the remaining unpaid balance (except payments in arrears) on your FACTS agreement and is initiated upon death of the covered person. Covered person means the responsible party, as indicated on this agreement, or that person's legal spouse. Maximum coverage is $30,000 per agreement. Coverage begins when the fee for Peace of Mind has been paid to FACTS, and coverage ends on the due date of the last scheduled FACTS payment. The covered person must be under age 70 at the time coverage begins. Coverage does not apply when cancer, or complications related to cancer, cause death and the covered person has received or been advised to receive medical advice, diagnosis or treatment for cancer at the time coverage begins.
